We started RJX Services with a simple goal: to offer honest, straightforward services at fair prices. We’re passionate about helping our community and wanted to create a business where people feel they’re getting genuine value without any hidden costs or empty promises.

Ryan’s been working outdoors since he was 13, helping with his family’s gardening business. Over the years, he’s picked up a wealth of experience, from landscaping to roofing, thanks to his time working in flat roofing and general construction. His hands-on knowledge and practical skills are the backbone of many of our services.

 

Xav’s background is a bit different. After nearly a decade as cabin crew, he had to pivot when COVID changed everything. He moved into sales for a flat roofing company, where he gained a deep understanding of products and installation techniques. Plus, his years of serving first-class customers gave him an eye for detail that’s hard to beat.

 

West Sussex is home for both of us. Ryan was born and raised here, and Xav has called the area home for over 11 years. We love serving the local community and take pride in building relationships with our customers.

 

What sets us apart? It’s our attention to detail and the way we approach each job. Whether it’s a simple repair or a more complex project, we treat every property as if it were our own. We want you to feel like part of the family—because at the end of the day, that’s what matters most to us.
