Customer Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Up to 50% of the job value may be charged

  • Same-day cancellation: Up to 100% of the job value or a call-out fee

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free with more than 48 hours’ notice.

RJX Services Cancellations

  • We may need to reschedule or cancel due to:

  • Unsafe weather

  • Staff illness

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We will always try to give as much notice as possible.

5. Complaints Procedure

  • RJX Services aims to maintain high standards of work. If you are unhappy with our service:

  • Contact us with details of the issue.

  • We will acknowledge within 3 working days.

  • A full review will be completed within 14 working days.

  • We will propose a resolution, which may include corrective work, partial refund or further explanation.

  • If no resolution is agreed, customers may seek advice from Citizens Advice or an independent dispute service.
